Welp, these fringe sandals never disappoint! Am I right or am I right?  I obviously had to pair them with this black bow tie dress.  I guess these colors together make it pretty clear that I graduated from the University of Louisville.  I love anything that has a neck tie, and this dress is no exception! I’ve also had my eyes on this pretty tie neck shirtdress as well, but couldn’t bring myself to buy it since these dresses are so dang similar.  However, the one that I’m styling above has a pretty nice price tag compared to the other.  Y’all may remember from last year and have probably recognized it recently from my Instagram, but I used to wear this neck tie separately with buttoned up blouses.  This dress made me remember it and so now I think I’m going to bust it out this weekend.
Well, maybe not this weekend, but the next. Â I’ll be out of town in Paducah with Andrew and my friends, because we’re having a friends reunion there. Â Why there, you may ask? Good. Freaking. Question. A few of our friends are from there so they decided to make all of us come to them instead of the other way around. Â Regardless, I’m excited to see them, but I’m not sure if a neck tie and a button up would be appropriate…but who knows. Â Maybe I’ll decide to be the odd ball out!
Hope y’all have a lovely weekend!

There’s not a day that goes by when I don’t feel so blessed to be Jordan’s wife. He is my everything. These photos and video are the sweetest reminder of our love for one another. So, grab a cup of coffee, pull up a seat, and try not to bawl your eyes out (because I know we did). Every time we look through our photos and watch our video, we cry the happiest tears.
It’s crazy what can happen in a year. I met the love of my life and the rest is history. I was having a hard time ending this post, because frankly, I think I could talk about that evening forever. Then I realized that this post doesn’t have an ending, but instead, a beginning. Thank you so much for all of the love, excitement, and gratitude.
One of my favorite things to do in the fall is bake my dark chocolate chip pumpkin bread! I’ve made it *so* many times for me, J, and friends & family. It’s moist, decadent, and super easy to make! It also makes for a great DIY housewarming gift.
Those shoes are amazing!
So cute! Those shoes seriously are the best!!
