Set aside some time to do your skincare regimen and you’ll feel ready to conquer your day. Many of you know, I use Tula Probiotic Skincare. I personally think all of their products are great self care indulgences, but if you’re needing two (okay, maybe three) of my all time favorite Tula products, it would have to be their Purifying Face Cleanser (called a cult classic for a reason!), Face Filter Primer (real life IG filter for your face), and the Rose Glow & Get It (instantly brightens your eyes). I set aside 30 minutes in the evening with J to sip on a hot cup of tea with the TV off. It gets us ready for bed, lets us chill out, but also spend quality time together. My all time favorite tea was introduced to me last year by one of my girlfriends, called Harney & Sons. We love the hot cinnamon, African autumn, and the peppermint!
Yep, this is 100% self care. This is probably TMI, but I always suffer from bloating and occasional constipation. It could be from stress, from something I ate, or from dehydration. When I’m feeling backed up, I swear by taking Global Healing Oxy-Powder, which is an oxygen based natural cleanse supplement. I’ve had my fair share of ‘poop pills’ (if you follow on IG stories, then YOU KNOW), and this has been my new fave! It’s gentle and won’t leave you feeling drained, while also cleaning you out!
Snag a bath bomb and relax in a long, warm bath. It’s great for relaxation and muscle recovery.
Taking a greens supplement throughout the week has really helped with my gut health and overall energy! Highly recommend!
This is a self care task that will make all the difference! Give yourself a mental break and get some fresh air (plus, get moving!). It’s not only a great way to get your steps in, but it gives your mind a break, especially if you’re working from home!
There’s something about this that calms me down. I’m not going to lie, I’m not a yogi and did not believe that a 5 minute breathing exercise of any kind would do anything for me…but I was wrong. Either in the morning, mid afternoon, or evening, try a breathing exercise for 5-10 minutes.
I know it might be easy to reach for that bottle wine when you’re bored or if you’d like to end the night with your fave show & a glass of vino, but try it out…trust me. Toss the booze. You will feel AMAZING. You will have never felt so well-rested, energized, healthy, and focused.

I impulsively bought an essential oil diffuser on Amazon the other month and little did I know that a purchase would make such a difference. J and I diffuse lavender throughout the house and in our bedroom when we sleep, and it has relaxed us to THE MAX! The sound and scents are so peaceful that it really was the best $30 ever spent.
The best self care idea, in my opinion, but did you really think that I would think otherwise? Get moving! Whether it’s a FITwithASD Gym or At Home Workout, a walk outside, or a 20 minute yoga flow — just get a little sweat in and treat your body with respect!

There’s not a day that goes by when I don’t feel so blessed to be Jordan’s wife. He is my everything. These photos and video are the sweetest reminder of our love for one another. So, grab a cup of coffee, pull up a seat, and try not to bawl your eyes out (because I know we did). Every time we look through our photos and watch our video, we cry the happiest tears.
It’s crazy what can happen in a year. I met the love of my life and the rest is history. I was having a hard time ending this post, because frankly, I think I could talk about that evening forever. Then I realized that this post doesn’t have an ending, but instead, a beginning. Thank you so much for all of the love, excitement, and gratitude.
One of my favorite things to do in the fall is bake my dark chocolate chip pumpkin bread! I’ve made it *so* many times for me, J, and friends & family. It’s moist, decadent, and super easy to make! It also makes for a great DIY housewarming gift.
