With fall around the corner, I thought it would be fun to share 3 easy meals for fall from Daily Harvest! I’ve been a fan of Daily Harvest for awhile, but as someone who loves clean, fresh, and nutritious ingredients, it’s a no brainer for me. There are just some days where I don’t feel like chopping, cooking, and cleaning (which can take a few hours). These are great to have on hand when I want a healthy & nutritious meal in a short amount of time. Plus, these are all J approved, which is great because he loves taking them for lunch for work! You can check out some of my other Daily Harvest favorites over here too.
Daily Harvest sources fresh ingredients and they put a lot of thought in the type of ingredients that go into each bowl (certain fruits with extra antioxidants, spices that help with inflammation like turmeric, etc.). When vegetables and fruits are frozen the day of harvest, they retain 50% more antioxidants then refrigerated options three days AFTER harvest. So, you’re getting more of the benefits of eating fresh, healthy, and nutritious veggies and fruits. The best part is that it gets shipped right to your doorstep and you can make the meal in just minutes.

This is one of my favorite flatbreads and to be honest, all of their flatbreads are pretty dang good (tomato & cremini is also a fave). You just pop it into the oven for 20 minutes and it’s golden brown, delicious, and ready to be eaten! They’re all so flavorful and I love getting that “pizza fix”, except with nutritious and healthy ingredients.
Y’all know I love curry. It’s my favorite flavor palette. This soup is so tasty with amazing macros (it comes in at under 200 calories). Trust me, I’m picky about my curries and this one is 100. There’s a reason the reviews are so dang good!
I can’t ever say no to smoothies. These smoothies are so easy because they’re made up of fresh fruits and veggies (frozen right at their prime to maintain more of their nutrients) and they’re so convenient in your freezer. Pro tip: add a scoop of protein powder to the smoothie!
Thank you to Daily Harvest for sponsoring this post. As always, all opinions are my own.

There’s not a day that goes by when I don’t feel so blessed to be Jordan’s wife. He is my everything. These photos and video are the sweetest reminder of our love for one another. So, grab a cup of coffee, pull up a seat, and try not to bawl your eyes out (because I know we did). Every time we look through our photos and watch our video, we cry the happiest tears.
It’s crazy what can happen in a year. I met the love of my life and the rest is history. I was having a hard time ending this post, because frankly, I think I could talk about that evening forever. Then I realized that this post doesn’t have an ending, but instead, a beginning. Thank you so much for all of the love, excitement, and gratitude.
One of my favorite things to do in the fall is bake my dark chocolate chip pumpkin bread! I’ve made it *so* many times for me, J, and friends & family. It’s moist, decadent, and super easy to make! It also makes for a great DIY housewarming gift.
