I love a good activewear set and these Free People items have been on repeat during my workouts — plus they’re great ways to stay motivated! They’re so comfortable and breathable, making them the perfect activewear pieces. These biker shorts also come in a running short version, which I also love! I highly recommend both versions. The biker shorts are great to workout in OR for everyday wear, while the running shorts are great for extreme cardio (I always like shorter shorts for those kinds of workouts!).
I know motivation can get hard, especially now, so I wanted to share

It’s 10x easier to get your workout in when you plan it into your schedule. Make it a priority! If you scheduled something for work, would you miss it? Chances are no! So, treat your workout as such!
If you have realistic goals, you’ll be more likely to reach them, but more importantly, you’ll be more likely to WANT to reach them. Don’t set yourself up for failure by going from 0 to 100.
Very basic advice, but it works. Whether you’re rewarding yourself with a weekend date night, some new Free People Movement activewear, or a new book, acknowledging your hard work is important. Self-validation!

There’s not a day that goes by when I don’t feel so blessed to be Jordan’s wife. He is my everything. These photos and video are the sweetest reminder of our love for one another. So, grab a cup of coffee, pull up a seat, and try not to bawl your eyes out (because I know we did). Every time we look through our photos and watch our video, we cry the happiest tears.
It’s crazy what can happen in a year. I met the love of my life and the rest is history. I was having a hard time ending this post, because frankly, I think I could talk about that evening forever. Then I realized that this post doesn’t have an ending, but instead, a beginning. Thank you so much for all of the love, excitement, and gratitude.
One of my favorite things to do in the fall is bake my dark chocolate chip pumpkin bread! I’ve made it *so* many times for me, J, and friends & family. It’s moist, decadent, and super easy to make! It also makes for a great DIY housewarming gift.
