I know that transitioning into a healthy lifestyle can be difficult! Here are 5 tips for a healthy lifestyle that are also great for you gals on the go!

  1. Take a Daily Walk: Yesss. I live by this rule. It’s great to give your mind a break during the day and have some time for yourself + you get some extra steps in and stay active.
  2. Drink Water: So many of the times when you feel hungry, you’re actually just thirsty and dehydrated! Keep a water bottle near you and sip on water throughout the day.
  3. Balance Your Meals: Don’t nix carbs {or fats, for that matter}.  Your meals should have a healthy portion of carbs, fats, and protein, i.e. grilled chicken, asparagus, and a sweet potato.
  4. Sleep: Getting at least 8 hours of sleep per night is crucial to your overall health and allows your body to function optimally.
  5. Meal Prep: I know, I know meal prepping can be difficult, BUT with Walmart Online Grocery Pick-Up, it makes it 10 times easier to get all your ingredients for you to meal prep.
