Yessss, I know I *just* posted this activewear outfit, but it was too good not to share it twice.  I wanted to dedicate a whole post to it because I’m so obsessed with this brand of activewear.  I love this criss cross bra paired with these high waisted space dye leggings! The fabric on these items are *unreal*.

I chatted about this a bit in my latest YouTube Video of an At Home Full Body Circuit, but I’ll chat about it here as well.  I’ve been in an activewear rut lately.  I’ve taken a break from snagging new Lululemon goodies and I’ve tried to branch out to try more activewear brands.  Now, many of y’all know that I’m no stranger to Beyond Yoga, but I’ve gotten on a kick lately with them.  Their fabric is just SO soft and worth every penny.  Their bras and leggings are all so cute that it’s hard not to fill up my whole shopping cart.

I can’t wait to share more fun activewear brands with y’all over the next few weeks.  I’m always on the lookout for high quality and flattering pieces!

Here’s this week’s workout routine:

Monday: Legs {Quads, Hamstrings, Glutes, Calves} + HIIT

  • Front Squats: 10 reps, 3 sets
  • EZ Barbell Hip Thrusts: 10 reps, 3 sets
  • Leg Extensions: 12 normal reps, 8 single reps each leg, 3 sets

*sprint on treadmill for 1 minute*

  • Hamstring Curls: 12 reps both legs, 8 reps each leg, 4 sets
  • Squats on Squat Rack: 10 reps, 4 sets
  • Single Leg Squat {using dumbbell or kettlebell}: 10 reps each side, 4 sets

*sprint on treadmill for 1 minute*

  • End with weighted walking lunges {100 total}! Take breaks as needed.

Tuesday: Shoulders + HIIT

  • Shoulder Push-Ups: 12 reps, 4 sets
  • Alternating Dumbell Shoulder Press: 8 reps each arm, 4 sets
  • Standing Front Raises with Cable: 12 reps, 4 sets
  • Lateral Raises with Cable: 8 reps each arm, 4 sets
  • Dumbbell Shrugs: 15 reps, 4 sets
  • Shoulder Press with EZ Barbell: 12 total, 4 sets

Wednesday: Take a Full Body Class!

Thursday: Chest & Triceps + HIIT

  • Dumbbell Chest Flyes: 12 reps, 3 sets
  • Single Tricep Pushdowns: 10 reps each side, 3 sets
  • Chest Weight Machine: 12 reps, 3 sets
  • Alternating Tricep Kickbacks: 12 reps each arm, 3 sets
  • Incline Chest Press: 12 reps, 3 sets
  • Tricep Dips: 10 normal reps, 10 halfway pulses, 3 sets
  • Alternating Cable Chest Flyes: 10 reps each side, 3 sets
  • Tricep Pulldowns with Rope: 10 reps, 3 sets

Friday: Legs {Mostly Glutes} & Abs + HIIT

  • EZ Barbell Bench Thrusts: 10 normal reps, 10 pulses, 5 slow reps with a 5 second squeeze at the top, 4 sets
  • EZ Barbell Front Squats: 10 reps, 10 pulses, 4 sets

*do 50 mountain climbers after each set*

  • Kickbacks Using Cable Machine: 12 reps each leg, 3 sets
  • Abductor Weight Machine: 12 reps each leg, 3 sets
  • Adductor Weight Machine: 12 reps each leg, 3 sets

*do 50 mountain climbers after each set*

  • Bulgarian Split Lunges w/ Dumbbells: 10 reps each side, 3 sets
  • Weighted Wall Sit: 1 minute

Saturday: Back & Biceps + HIIT

  • Weighted Hyperextensions: 10 reps, 3 sets
  • Isometric Bicep Curls: 15 reps each arm, 3 sets
  • Close Grip Lat Pulldown: 10 reps, 3 sets
  • EZ Barbell Curls: 21 method, 3 sets
  • V-Bar Kneeling Cable Rows: 8 reps {hold after each rep}, 3 sets
  • Wide Grip Lat Pulldown: 8 reps, 3 sets
  • Preacher Curls: 12 reps each arm, 3 sets
  • One Arm Cable Pulldown: 8 reps each arm, 3 sets
  • End with Row Machine: 800 m

Sunday: Rest Day {or you can do cardio if you’re feeling frisky!}
