Hey girl! What's Your Signature Latte? Whether it's a frothy latte or a cold brew, your personality shines through. Find out what your java ingredients are!
I’m really excited to be sharing my Top 5 Favorite Vitamins for a Healthier You! If you’ve been following along for awhile, you know that I love fitness and nutrition. I treat my body like a temple {as it should be treated} and taking daily vitamins and supplements help me achieve a healthier version of myself. Here are my top 5 favorite vitamins that I take daily!
Sports Bra: Michi Bionic Bra | Leggings: Athleta Sandstone Salutation 7/8 Tight | Shoes: Nike Roshe One Sneaker | Vitamins: Swanson Health Vision Defense, Swanson Health Digestive Enzymes, Swanson Health Ultra Probiotic for Women, Swanson Health Turmeric, Swanson Health Omega-3 Fish Oil
Omega-3 Fish Oil: I remember my dad taking fish oil everyday when I was little. The smell was funky, the size of the pill was large, and I was like “what is this man taking”. Fast forward fifteen years, and here I am, taking my daily fish oil supplement. I love that this Swanson Health Omega-3 Fish Oil is lemon flavored {so it lessens the fishy taste}. Studies show that omega-3 fatty acids help in preventing heart disease, building muscle, and is good for mood support, as well as beneficial for your joints.
2. Turmeric: Studies show that turmeric can help with inflammation, skin irritations, and can act as an antioxidant. I typically don’t like cooking with turmeric {and there’s no way I can consume that much in one day even if I did try to cook with it}, so this Swanson Health Turmeric supplement is the way to go for me!
3. Vision Defense: Swanson Health Vision Defense is a great daily supplement that helps protect your eyes against eye fatigue and the harmful effects of blue light. Y’all know that as a blogger, I’m always on my phone and computer. Smartphones and tablets emit more blue light than any other source and on average, adults spend more than 11 hours a day on their phones/tablets. I feel like my eyes are always fatigued, so I knew that I had to do something about it. Swanson Health Vision Defense contains two carotenoids that your body uses for eye protection and health, but that the body doesn’t naturally create on its own! Definitely a great vitamin for both vision health and overall health!
4. Digestive Enzymes: I’ve been taking these digestive enzymes since October and it really has worked wonders on my digestive system. Digestive Enzymes support digestion and help release the nutrients from food. The enzymes assist the body in breaking down difficult-to-digest proteins and sugars. I love taking this not only daily due to the egg whites, nuts, seeds, etc. that I eat, but especially during a cheat meal. Since taking this supplement, I’ve been *way* more regular {TMI?} and is definitely in my vitamin arsenal.
5. Probiotic: Many of you know that I’ve been taking a daily probiotic for awhile, and this Swanson Health Ultra Probiotic for Women have 50 billion CFU per serving & even has cranberry in it {for urinary tract health}. Probiotics balance the bacteria in your digestive system, and they can also boost your immune system. Pairing this probiotic with digestive enzymes have really decreased my bloat! Definitely give it a try!
Hope y’all enjoyed my Top 5 Favorite Vitamins for a Healthier You!

There’s not a day that goes by when I don’t feel so blessed to be Jordan’s wife. He is my everything. These photos and video are the sweetest reminder of our love for one another. So, grab a cup of coffee, pull up a seat, and try not to bawl your eyes out (because I know we did). Every time we look through our photos and watch our video, we cry the happiest tears.
It’s crazy what can happen in a year. I met the love of my life and the rest is history. I was having a hard time ending this post, because frankly, I think I could talk about that evening forever. Then I realized that this post doesn’t have an ending, but instead, a beginning. Thank you so much for all of the love, excitement, and gratitude.
One of my favorite things to do in the fall is bake my dark chocolate chip pumpkin bread! I’ve made it *so* many times for me, J, and friends & family. It’s moist, decadent, and super easy to make! It also makes for a great DIY housewarming gift.
Wow, thanks for these suggestions! I have horrible eye fatigue and I never knew there were vitamins I could take for this issue! Thanks!

I know!! They really do help if you stare at your phone/computer a lot!! Xx
How many times a day do you take the digestive enzymes?
I take it with breakfast, lunch, and dinner!
Can you write down when you take each one?
I follow the suggested use on the back of the bottle and make sure to check with your physician first! Xx
Hi
Love this post, do you take a multivitimin as well?
‘
I noticed you were taking Nature’s Bounty vitamins/probiotic earlier this year. Do you prefer the Swanson’s brand now?
Swanson’s is a great brand! I prefer it over others, BUT if I find a better deal for a different brand at costco for example, I usually snag that. It just depends on what it is. I like Swanson probiotics because there’s one specifically for women and I also really like their vision defense. Their lemon flavored fish oil is also hard to find in another brand! Xx
