#FitWithASD Video: Chest & Triceps Workout

Hope y’all enjoy this chest/triceps workout! It’s a burner! I love working out my chest, because strong and defined chest muscles are exactly what I need, since I’m lacking some other goodies haha! Regardless, this is a great workout and would love to hear your thoughts!

To be honest, I only was able to do 3 sets instead of the 5 because it was killer, but I’ll definitely be doing it again. Thanks so much for the inspiration. Quick question – what do you typical eat after you workout? Protein shake?

    I absolutely love these videos! I have a question: How did you “get started” at the gym? I have such a hard time finding a set schedule to follow because I just don’t have a lot of knowledge. Did you begin with a personal trainer or just figure it out as you went?
    I have always wanted to look more toned and in shape, but am just not sure where to get started each week.
    You’ve been such a great inspiration each and every day!

There’s not a day that goes by when I don’t feel so blessed to be Jordan’s wife. He is my everything. These photos and video are the sweetest reminder of our love for one another.
