There’s not a day that goes by when I don’t feel so blessed to be Jordan’s wife. He is my everything. These photos and video are the sweetest reminder of our love for one another. It’s crazy what can happen in a year. I met the love of my life and the rest is history. I was having a hard time ending this post, because frankly, I think I could talk about that evening forever. Then I realized that this post doesn’t have an ending, but instead, a beginning. Thank you so much for all of the love, excitement, and gratitude.
One of my favorite things to do in the fall is bake my dark chocolate chip pumpkin bread! I’ve made it *so* many times for me, J, and friends & family. It’s moist, decadent, and super easy to make! It also makes for a great DIY housewarming gift.

To be honest, I only was able to do 3 sets instead of the 5 because it was killer, but I’ll definitely be doing it again. Thanks so much for the inspiration. Quick question – what do you typical eat after you workout? Protein shake?
I need to work on my arms for sure! I have realized just how weak my arms are now that I am biking more and doing less strength work. Looking forward to this.

Will you post what you do for HIIT? Ive been following adding in your exercises into what I do, but am semi confused on your older posts what you do for your HIIT exercises.
I absolutely love these videos! I have a question: How did you “get started” at the gym? I have such a hard time finding a set schedule to follow because I just don’t have a lot of knowledge. Did you begin with a personal trainer or just figure it out as you went?
I have always wanted to look more toned and in shape, but am just not sure where to get started each week.
