This puffer vest is seriously the perfect layer for your athleisure outfit! It’s available in two other colors and it’s so cozy.  I love how it’s got a bit of a metallic sheen to it as well.  I can’t believe that fall has already arrived — I always love transitioning my outfits over, including my activewear.

There are some really great new layering items that would really amp up your fall athletic wear.  This puffer vest is obviously one of them, but I’ve also had my eye on this long sleeve pullover and this moto jacket.  Oh, and of course, these Nike kicks go with everything all year round!

Last but not least, here’s this week’s workout routine:

Monday: Legs {Quads, Hamstrings, Glutes, Calves} + HIIT

  • Front Squats: 10 reps, 3 sets
  • EZ Barbell Hip Thrusts: 10 reps, 3 sets
  • Leg Extensions: 12 normal reps, 8 single reps each leg, 3 sets

*sprint on stairmaster for 1 minute*

  • Hamstring Curls: 12 reps both legs, 8 reps each leg, 4 sets
  • Squats on Squat Rack: 10 reps, 4 sets
  • Single Leg Squat {using dumbbell or kettlebell}: 10 reps each side, 4 sets

*sprint on stairmaster for 1 minute*

  • End with weighted walking lunges {100 total}! Take breaks as needed.

Tuesday: Shoulders + HIIT

  • Shoulder Push-Ups: 12 reps, 4 sets
  • Alternating Dumbell Shoulder Press: 8 reps each arm, 4 sets
  • Standing Front Raises with Cable: 12 reps, 4 sets
  • Lateral Raises with Cable: 8 reps each arm, 4 sets
  • Dumbbell Shrugs: 15 reps, 4 sets
  • Shoulder Press with EZ Barbell: 12 total, 4 sets

Wednesday: Take a Full Body Class!

Thursday: Chest & Triceps + 45 min of Cardio

  • Dumbbell Chest Flyes: 12 reps, 3 sets
  • Single Tricep Pushdowns: 10 reps each side, 3 sets
  • Chest Weight Machine: 12 reps, 3 sets
  • Alternating Tricep Kickbacks: 12 reps each arm, 3 sets
  • Incline Chest Press: 12 reps, 3 sets
  • Tricep Dips: 10 normal reps, 10 halfway pulses, 3 sets
  • Alternating Cable Chest Flyes: 10 reps each side, 3 sets
  • Tricep Pulldowns with Rope: 10 reps, 3 sets

Friday: Legs {Mostly Glutes} & Abs + HIIT

  • EZ Barbell Bench Thrusts: 10 normal reps, 10 pulses, 5 slow reps with a 5 second squeeze at the top, 4 sets
  • EZ Barbell Front Squats: 10 reps, 10 pulses, 4 sets

*do 50 mountain climbers after each set*

  • Kickbacks Using Cable Machine: 12 reps each leg, 3 sets
  • Abductor Weight Machine: 12 reps each leg, 3 sets
  • Adductor Weight Machine: 12 reps each leg, 3 sets

*do 50 mountain climbers after each set*

  • Bulgarian Split Lunges w/ Dumbbells: 10 reps each side, 3 sets
  • Weighted Wall Sit: 1 minute

Saturday: Back & Biceps + HIIT

  • Weighted Hyperextensions: 10 reps, 3 sets
  • Isometric Bicep Curls: 15 reps each arm, 3 sets
  • Close Grip Lat Pulldown: 10 reps, 3 sets
  • EZ Barbell Curls: 21 method, 3 sets
  • V-Bar Kneeling Cable Rows: 8 reps {hold after each rep}, 3 sets
  • Wide Grip Lat Pulldown: 8 reps, 3 sets
  • Preacher Curls: 12 reps each arm, 3 sets
  • One Arm Cable Pulldown: 8 reps each arm, 3 sets
  • End with Row Machine: 800 m

Sunday: Rest Day {or you can do cardio if you’re feeling frisky!}

There’s not a day that goes by when I don’t feel so blessed to be Jordan’s wife. He is my everything. These photos and video are the sweetest reminder of our love for one another.
