This puffer vest is seriously the perfect layer for your athleisure outfit! It’s available in two other colors and it’s so cozy. I love how it’s got a bit of a metallic sheen to it as well. I can’t believe that fall has already arrived — I always love transitioning my outfits over, including my activewear.
There are some really great new layering items that would really amp up your fall athletic wear. This puffer vest is obviously one of them, but I’ve also had my eye on this long sleeve pullover and this moto jacket. Oh, and of course, these Nike kicks go with everything all year round!
Last but not least, here’s this week’s workout routine:
Monday: Legs {Quads, Hamstrings, Glutes, Calves} + HIIT
*sprint on stairmaster for 1 minute*

Tuesday: Shoulders + HIIT
Wednesday: Take a Full Body Class!
Thursday: Chest & Triceps + 45 min of Cardio
Friday: Legs {Mostly Glutes} & Abs + HIIT
*do 50 mountain climbers after each set*

Saturday: Back & Biceps + HIIT
Sunday: Rest Day {or you can do cardio if you’re feeling frisky!}

There’s not a day that goes by when I don’t feel so blessed to be Jordan’s wife. He is my everything. These photos and video are the sweetest reminder of our love for one another. So, grab a cup of coffee, pull up a seat, and try not to bawl your eyes out (because I know we did). Every time we look through our photos and watch our video, we cry the happiest tears.
It’s crazy what can happen in a year. I met the love of my life and the rest is history. I was having a hard time ending this post, because frankly, I think I could talk about that evening forever. Then I realized that this post doesn’t have an ending, but instead, a beginning. Thank you so much for all of the love, excitement, and gratitude.
One of my favorite things to do in the fall is bake my dark chocolate chip pumpkin bread! I’ve made it *so* many times for me, J, and friends & family. It’s moist, decadent, and super easy to make! It also makes for a great DIY housewarming gift.
