This stripe off the shoulder crop top makes me feel like a rockstar.  It’s the perfect length for high waisted shorts, not too much midriff showing, but just enough, and of course, it’s striped.

These cute photos were taken at Fremont Diner in Sonoma, CA.  Andrew and I were on our way from Napa Valley to Forestville {going from Meritage Resort & Spa to Farmhouse Inn}.  On the way, we passed this cute little diner, which was poppin’ by the way.  There was quite the wait for a table! We decided to snap some photos while we waited for a seat at the bar area, and they turned out exactly how I remembered the setting to be…a little bit retro and a little bit rustic.

Needless to say, I didn’t really fit in with my neon pink tassel earrings — but you’ve got to give me credit, I’m not even wearing a heels {I wouldn’t embarrass Andrew THAT much}.  Everyone was so chill here and they had their dogs with them, while sitting/eating outside, surrounded by friends and family.  It was super cozy and chill, and Fremont Diner is apparently quite a well known place {who knew}, so we must’ve gotten really lucky to have passed it.  The food was AMAZING.  I, unfortunately, stuck with a healthier option: a salad + pastrami sandwich, but there were some seriously tasty looking things there {side note: their milkshakes looked baller}.

These shorts and this stripe off the shoulder crop top ended up being the perfect outfit for this date.  It was casual, fun, and a little bit retro, just like the diner!

If you’re ever in that area, definitely recommend that local gem!
