Stripes are my thang, y’all, especially this nautical stripe romper.  I could wear them all day, every day.  I mean, if you just take a look at my closet, you’d think I have a stripe obsession.  Regardless, I’m okay with it.   There’s something about this cute little porch at the Zero George that made me want to wear all-stripes-all-the-time.  Actually, let me rephrase that, there’s something about Charleston that makes me want to wear stripes 100% of the time.

This cute nautical stripe romper from Nordstrom has surely done me well this week.  It’s not only so flattering {and still works for us tall gals out there}, but it can be both dressed up and down.  I decided to dress this Nordstrom stripe romper up by pairing it with my favorite nude open toe heels, BUT I can’t wait to re-wear it with my pair of tall gladiator sandals.  Nordstrom currently has such great items for spring, and this nautical stripe romper is at the top of my ‘faves’ list! I definitely recommend getting it if you’ve been searching for a new outfit to kick off your spring season!

Also, this monogram necklace has been my go-to lately.  I’m usually a sucker for monogram necklaces, typically acrylic, but this one goes with practically everything.  It’s a pretty large size {hey, I dig it}, but it’s still also subtle enough since it’s gold and usually blends well with most of my outfits.  I also think that some statement {tassel} earrings would be super cute with this stripe romper, as well!

Side note: do these palm trees make you happy? Because I could stare at the ALL day long.  I not-so-secretly wish that KY would have some palm trees…but I’d take its rolling hills any day ;).
