I’m a sucker for a new workout shoe, and these Nike Epic React Flyknit shoes have been at the top of my list to snag! Not only are the colors *amazing* but these shoes are so comfortable to run and weight lift in! I love incorporating all types of exercises into my routine, so I need a super a versatile shoe.  This Nike Epic React Flyknit provides enough support for me to cross-train, while still allowing flexibility and being lightweight enough for running — feeling like you’re on a cloud.  

I’ve been going on longer runs recently {they clear my mind!} and I feel no different on the end of the run versus the beginning! It’s a great way to get my cardio in, while experiencing this beautiful fall weather that we’ve been having.  As many of y’all know, post-run, I head to the gym to lift some weights, while still incorporating short bursts of sprints in between sets. The Nike Epic React Flyknits allow me to transition easily from weight lifting to cardio, because they’re so comfortable and lightweight.  A good shoe can drastically improve your workout!

Plus, there are so many new, different colorways to choose from — the gorg colors alone are workout motivation!  I loved the geode teal combo, but so many other great color combos are available. I also loved that these shoes can easily be worn for some weekend athleisure. On Friday evenings, J and I always hit the gym after work and immediately grab dinner afterward as our date night.  Needless to say, I’m always on the go and these kicks make it easy for me to transition from the gym to date night!
