Hey friends! Hope your Thursday is going well! I’m super excited for this post with y’all, because I get to share with you a little peek into the Overlook at St. Thomas Apartments! It’s located right in the east end off US-42, and is close to plenty of dining, shopping, and entertainment.  They are the perfect east end luxury apartments! Just a heads up: if you mention “A Southern Drawl”, you can receive $200 off your first full month’s rent!

Honestly, this place is seriously the perfect environment for anyone looking for a new apartment.  Whether you have a family, you’re living alone, or you’ve got some roomies, I know that you’ll love the perks of living at the Overlook! There are apartments and town homes of all sizes, and their amenities are crazy awesome.  So awesome that I’m trying to come back to use the pool and fitness center ha!

So to begin, here is a little peek into one of their living spaces.  There are private entrances to all apartments and there are also gas and wood-burning fireplaces {obsessed with this feature, especially during the holidays}.  Washers and dryers are conveniently located in every home, and can’t forget those large walk-in closets and wiring for high speed Internet access {ha my two fave features}.

You can see all of the beautiful granite countertops and upgraded stainless steel appliances — how about a date night in? Yes, please! Another perk is that there are intrusion alarm systems, which is extra nice if you’re living alone.

Erin and I then ventured around to the Overlook’s clubhouse. I was so impressed with all of the amenities offered {see full list here}! There are recreation rooms and a complimentary Starbucks coffee bar, garages and covered parking, lighted tennis courts, car wash facility, a pet spa {say whaaaat}, free wi-fi hotspots, and 24-hour emergency maintenance.

The clubhouse legitimately looks like a country club! You can grill outdoors and sit on their patio!

What was I most impressed with? No surprise here: their fitness center.  Y’all know that I’m a sucker for a good fitness center, and I’m no stranger to small hotel weight rooms and I know that typically, apartment complexes don’t even have fitness centers.  The Overlook at St. Thomas Apartments have a fully stocked {and clean!} fitness center — cardio machines, free weights, multiple weight machines, and even a smith machine & squat rack.  Be still my heart.  You can tell how large the fitness center is from the photos!

Lastly, we decided to explore the pool area.  I truly felt like I was at a resort.  There’s a resort-style swimming pool, fully stocked with sun deck and cabanas.  There is a gourmet outdoor kitchen with a cozy fire pit and a gazebo {summer s’mores, here I come} and they have multiple outdoor grills! I ended up spending the day by the pool and it was magical!
