  3. Lactose Intolerance: Many people don’t realize that they’re lactose intolerant and that dairy is the source of their gas and bloating.
  4. Try eating smaller meals! Eating smaller meals more frequently is not only better for boosting your metabolism but also prevents that bloating feel you get after you eat a huge meal.
  5. Increase your water intake! Being hydrated is the number one tip for every health issue!
