This week’s weekly workout routine is a killer one! Leg days have been hitting me hard, but that’s always a good sign, right?! Ha! Plus, I can’t believe these Nike Flyknit Air Force 1 sneakers are marked down! They come in four different colors and are crazy cute for athleisure! Also, there are a few new summer colors in my fave align pants, so definitely check them out here!
Monday: Legs {Quads, Hamstrings, Glutes, Calves} + HIIT
*sprint on stairmaster for 2 minutes after each set*
*sprint on treadmill for 0.25 mile after each set*
Tuesday: Shoulders + HIIT
Wednesday: Take a Full Body Class!
Thursday: Chest & Triceps + Low Intensity Cardio
Friday: Legs {Mostly Glutes} & Abs + HIIT
*sprint on treadmill for 0.25 mile after each set*

Saturday: Back & Biceps + HIIT

There’s not a day that goes by when I don’t feel so blessed to be Jordan’s wife. He is my everything. These photos and video are the sweetest reminder of our love for one another. So, grab a cup of coffee, pull up a seat, and try not to bawl your eyes out (because I know we did). Every time we look through our photos and watch our video, we cry the happiest tears.
It’s crazy what can happen in a year. I met the love of my life and the rest is history. I was having a hard time ending this post, because frankly, I think I could talk about that evening forever. Then I realized that this post doesn’t have an ending, but instead, a beginning. Thank you so much for all of the love, excitement, and gratitude.
One of my favorite things to do in the fall is bake my dark chocolate chip pumpkin bread! I’ve made it *so* many times for me, J, and friends & family. It’s moist, decadent, and super easy to make! It also makes for a great DIY housewarming gift.

What do you do to incorporate the HIIT and low intensity cardio on the arm/back days?
I typically do HIIT on a cardio machine OR I’ll do a circuit that I’ve created on my own (like burpees, jumping jacks etc). For low intensity, you want to be doing something at a conversational pace, so i.e. walking on the treadmill. Hope that helps! xx
This seems so silly, but what do you wear under your leggings for workouts? You never seem to have the ugly panty lines, but your lululemon’s fit you so well. I’m looking for something that won’t irritate during workouts too.
