This gray crop top is a favorite workout top of mine! I have it in a few colors because I love all muscle tanks AND it’s currently on sale here! This color has been a crowd favorite, including my own, and I’m so glad that they came back out with it. Wahoo! Just a heads up, that I like to size down one size in all of their leggings for a more snug fit.

There’s not a day that goes by when I don’t feel so blessed to be Jordan’s wife. He is my everything. These photos and video are the sweetest reminder of our love for one another. So, grab a cup of coffee, pull up a seat, and try not to bawl your eyes out (because I know we did). Every time we look through our photos and watch our video, we cry the happiest tears.
It’s crazy what can happen in a year. I met the love of my life and the rest is history. I was having a hard time ending this post, because frankly, I think I could talk about that evening forever. Then I realized that this post doesn’t have an ending, but instead, a beginning. Thank you so much for all of the love, excitement, and gratitude.
One of my favorite things to do in the fall is bake my dark chocolate chip pumpkin bread! I’ve made it *so* many times for me, J, and friends & family. It’s moist, decadent, and super easy to make! It also makes for a great DIY housewarming gift.
I’ve been enjoying these work outs so much that I think I am going to seriously panic if you ever stop posting them. Please keep posting them! They’ve worked out so well for me – I can feel so much more definition around my arms and shoulders, and even if it doesn’t look that different to most people, it’s a very empowering feeling to have some amount of strength and muscle as a female!

I love your monday fitness posts! They help to keep me motivated and get my butt to the gym for a work out. Also, I love lululemon clothes to work out in. They fit really well and are super comfortable. I wear them all the time whether at the gym or just running errands!

Do you do your strength training before your cardio/HIIT? Have you found that your pre- and post-workout supplements have helped tone and build lean muscle? Looking to get back into strength training after slacking for a few years. Thanks!
It depends on what I feel like, but it doesn’t matter when you do your cardio! I do think that post-workout protein really helps in gaining muscle. BCAAs help with muscle recovery, so that you can work out that same muscle quicker! I suggest investing in some BCAAs and protein powder! xx
