Who knew that a Yankees baseball cap could spice up a sporty and casual outfit? I love the way this chic look came together. When Marilyn and I were in Naples, we did a little bit of shopping {on the day where it was too windy to lay by the pool}.  We didn’t really buy much, but it was just fun walking and seeing all of the cute store fronts.  We grabbed lunch at the Tommy Bahama restaurant {because we’re #tourists}, and explored around.

Since it was so windy and sunny out, I wanted to wear some sort of hat to keep my hair tame and the sun out of my eyes.  I went with this Yankees baseball cap, which is atypical for me…y’all usually see me sporting my LA Dodgers hat all the time, but decided to give this Yankees baseball cap a go.  The reasoning behind it? No reason at all.  The Wainwrights are actually tigers fans haha, but I have a friend who’s obsessed with the Yankees, so I figured I’d try the whole ‘Yankees’ thing out.  I love how it has a washed out look too.

I also went with my new fave nude bodysuit, which is so comfortable, by the way! The fabric is super soft and perfect for days like these.  Of course, I had to go with some type of sneakers — I just scored these high top chuck taylors, and I’m actually in LOVE with them.  Many of you know that I wear my slip -on chucks all the time, but these high tops are on repeat now.  I hope the other ones don’t collect dust ha!
