I love this monochromatic blue activewear outfit, because it’s different than my typical black-on-black. I’ve been digging this blue color lately and just recently snagged so many great athleisure items in it! My faves are this align pant {it’s the align II} and this swiftly tech long sleeve crew {I have this in SO many colors because I love it so much}. I’m also rocking some new kicks, wahoo! I love these Adidas NMD runner sneakers — they’re just SO hard to find in stock, but luckily they’re available over here. They’re extremely comfortable and a great new workout sneaker if you’re interested!
Here’s this week’s workout routine!
Monday: Legs {Quads, Hamstrings, Glutes, Calves} + HIIT
*after completing a set of each exercise, spring on the treadmill for 1 full minute*
*after each set, sprint on the stairmaster for 2 full minutes*
Tuesday: Shoulders, Chest, Back & Biceps + HIIT
*Superset these!*
Wednesday: Take a Full Body Class! OR do some booty werk!
Thursday: Shoulders, Chest, & Back + HIIT
*Superset these!*
Friday: Legs {Mostly Glutes} & Abs + HIIT ….OR optional rest day
*sprint on stairmaster for 1 minute*
*sprint on stairmaster for 1 minute*
Saturday: Triceps & Shoulders, Chest, & Back + HIIT
Sunday: Rest Day {or you can do cardio if you’re feeling frisky!}

There’s not a day that goes by when I don’t feel so blessed to be Jordan’s wife. He is my everything. These photos and video are the sweetest reminder of our love for one another. So, grab a cup of coffee, pull up a seat, and try not to bawl your eyes out (because I know we did). Every time we look through our photos and watch our video, we cry the happiest tears.
It’s crazy what can happen in a year. I met the love of my life and the rest is history. I was having a hard time ending this post, because frankly, I think I could talk about that evening forever. Then I realized that this post doesn’t have an ending, but instead, a beginning. Thank you so much for all of the love, excitement, and gratitude.
One of my favorite things to do in the fall is bake my dark chocolate chip pumpkin bread! I’ve made it *so* many times for me, J, and friends & family. It’s moist, decadent, and super easy to make! It also makes for a great DIY housewarming gift.

Hi Emilee! that’s great to hear! Congrats and keep up the hard work! A shoulder press can be done with dumbbells, barbell, or EZ Barbell. The EZ Barbell is just the pre-weighted barbells that are ‘fixed’, but you can do shoulder presses with anything that you’d like! Hope that helps! xx
