My favorite Lululemon leggings would have to be this align pant! I wear them all the time to work out in, as well as in my everyday life! They are their ‘nulu’ fabric, so it pretty much provides you with that amazing ‘naked’ feeling in the form of leggings, making it so easy {and comfortable} to do whatever fall activity you have planned!
This criss cross tank is also one of my most favorite workout tanks that I have ever owned! I love it so much that I bought it in every color, PLUS two in the heathered white. I can’t help it, but they’re just that good! I always either wear the free to be wild bra with this specific tank OR the energy bra.
Here’s this week’s workout routine!
Monday: Legs {Quads, Hamstrings, Glutes, Calves} + HIIT
*after each set, sprint on the treadmill for 0.25 mile*
*after each set, sprint on the stairmaster for 2 full minutes*
*after each set, sprint on elliptical for 2 full minutes*
Tuesday: Shoulders & Biceps + HIIT
*Superset these!*
Wednesday: Take a Full Body Class like TRX, typically focuses on core & glutes
Thursday: Chest & Back + Low Intensity Cardio
*Superset these!*
Friday: Legs {Mostly Glutes} & Abs + HIIT ….OR optional rest day
*lift heavy*
*sprint on treadmill for 0.25 mile after each set*
*sprint on stairmaster for 2 full minutes*
*Make sure to add your favorite ab routine at the end!*
Saturday: Triceps & Shoulders + HIIT
Sunday: Rest Day

There’s not a day that goes by when I don’t feel so blessed to be Jordan’s wife. He is my everything. These photos and video are the sweetest reminder of our love for one another. It’s crazy what can happen in a year. I met the love of my life and the rest is history. I was having a hard time ending this post, because frankly, I think I could talk about that evening forever. Then I realized that this post doesn’t have an ending, but instead, a beginning. Thank you so much for all of the love, excitement, and gratitude.
One of my favorite things to do in the fall is bake my dark chocolate chip pumpkin bread! I’ve made it *so* many times for me, J, and friends & family. It’s moist, decadent, and super easy to make! It also makes for a great DIY housewarming gift.

I LOVE the align pant – just got a pair of the cropped version and I’ve been wearing them for everything but they’re especially perfect for hot yoga – so good! I’ve been following your blog for a while but I think this is the first time I’ve ever commented – your weekly workout routines have been so helpful since I decided to quit my weight training class and workout on my own to better fit my schedule – thank you! Question for you: how have the aligns held up? I have been DYING to purchase a pair but it seems like everyone has issues with pilling, seams coming apart, etc. Any insight you can provide is greatly appreciated 🙂
So, the reviews ALWAYS say they don’t hold up well, but I have 5 pairs, and all of mine have been fine! I love working out in them and they’ve done me well!
This is great! Love Lululemon! Also, for your HIIT portion of the workout, did you post what you do somewhere? Or, what is your HIIT routine? I know HIIT can be whatever you make of it – but I’m always looking for new stuff! Thanks for your post!!
I’ll start posting some examples of HIIT workouts! I typically do mine on the stairmaster, 30 seconds on, 30 seconds off for 20 minutes. I jog up the stairs and then walk, etc.

Hi! I wear a size 4, because I like my leggings one size smaller. Also, lululemon is NEVER see through — that’s why I love them so much! xx
What is the color called of the Align pant you are wearing? I am unable to find it on the Lulu site? I am dying to buy it!!!
I can’t remember the name of the actual color, but it looks like there’s now a teal green color instead of the one I’m wearing. Although, I think that one might be my next purchase because I’m kinda digging it ha! I really like the navy ones too (I have them and they actually look navy vs black). Hope that helps! xx

I had a question regarding average time it takes you to complete a workout – I know it probably varies but I try to hit the gym before work and thus am on more of a time restriction. Hi Julia! I usually work out for about an hour and 15 minutes! You can always lower the sets at first if you’re new to lifting — that should help with timing, as well as build up your endurance. xx

I typically feature my activewear and athleisure on there. For videos, you can visit ‘The Daily Fix’ in my Nav Bar where I include photos and videos of exercises. As for the recipe for the shrimp cucumber avocado salad, I honestly estimate it I put about 1/2 cucumber, 1/2 avocado, 3-6 oz of shrimp {depending on how much protein I’m at for the day}, diced cherry tomatoes, fresh minced cilantro, garlic powder, salt, pepper, lemon juice, and olive oil!

I do low intensity for about an hour — it’s the worst. THE ONE THING I DREAD IN THE WORLD IS LOW INTENSITY CARDIO! haha. I get so dang bored. Also, I try not to drink it EVERY time, because I don’t want to get dependent on it, but lately, I’ve been drinking it almost everyday because #desperate.
What size are you in these lulus? I know they’re super stretchy
I size down to a size 4 (from a 6)! It provides my booty and legs with a more hugged sensation! xx
Hey! What size are you in the fast as light tank? I love it. Some say to size down in that. I’m an 8 in any tank that has a bra but a 6 in anything else. I’m a 34 D.
