Who knew that I would be loving this Nike vintage hoodie so much?! It’s not something I typically wear, but I’m strangely digging it.  It’s so easy to throw on over my activewear outfit and hit the gym.  It comes in all of the coolest colors too, some of which are on sale over here.  This ‘vintage’ line also has other items besides this front zip hoodie, like this sleeveless hoodie, these pants, or these shorts!

What do you think of this Nike vintage hoodie and the rest of their ‘vintage’ line?! I’m loving it!

Monday: Legs {Quads, Hamstrings, Glutes, Calves} + HIIT

  • Sumo Squats on Smith Machine: 10 reps, 3 sets
  • Sumo Pulses on Smith Machine: 10 pulses, 3 sets
  • Narrow Squats on Smith Machine: 12 reps, 3 sets

*sprint for 0.25 mi on treadmill after completing this superset*

  • Hamstring Curls: 12 reps both legs, 12 reps each leg, 4 sets
  • Leg Extensions: 10 normal, 10 pulses, 4 sets
  • Single Leg Squat to Bench: 10 reps each leg, 4 sets

*sprint for 0.25 mi on treadmill after completing this superset*

  • End with walking lunges on treadmill and high incline, very slow pace.

Tuesday: Shoulders + HIIT

  • Military Barbell Presses: 28 method, 3 sets
  • Lateral Raises: 28 method, 3 sets
  • Upright Rows using EZ Barbell: 28 method, 3 sets
  • Barbell Shrugs: 28 method, 3 sets
  • Face Pulls: 28 method, 3 sets
  • Rear Delt Flyes: 28 method, 3 sets

Wednesday: Take a Full Body Class!

Thursday: Chest & Triceps + 45 min of Cardio

  • Incline Close Grip Chest Press: 8 reps, 3 sets
  • Tricep Pushdowns: 10 normal reps, 10 pulses, 3 sets
  • Flat Bench Dumbbells: 12 reps, 3 sets
  • Skullcrusher with Weight Plate: 15 reps, 3 sets
  • Machine Presses: 28 method, 3 sets
  • Bench Dips: 15 reps, 3 sets
  • Dumbbell Chest Flyes on Exercise Ball: 10 reps, 3 sets
  • Tricep Skullcrushers {on bench using EZ barbell}: 15 reps, 3 sets

Friday: Legs {Mostly Glutes} & Abs + HIIT

  • Smith Machine Squats: 10 reps, 5 sets
  • EZ Barbell Front Squats {full range! get low!}: 10 reps, 5 sets

*sprint on stairmaster for 1 minute*

  • Stiff Leg Deadlifts: 8 reps, 4 sets
  • Seated Calf Raises: 8 reps, 4 sets

  • Alternating Leg Press: 10 reps each leg, 3 sets
  • Squat Machine {Alternating Legs}: 10 reps each leg, 3 sets

Saturday: Back & Biceps + HIIT

  • Medium Grip Pulldowns: 28 method, 3 sets
  • Preacher Curls: 12 reps each arm, 3 sets
  • 1/4 Rep One Arm Cable Rows: 12 reps, 3 sets
  • EZ Barbell Curls: 21 method, 3 sets
  • 5 Count One Arm Cable Rows: 8 reps, 3 sets
  • Wide Grip Lat Pulldown: 8 reps, 3 sets

    I’m sure you’ve covered this before, but as a new reader I’d love to know what you do for HIIT!

    • Hi there! Thanks for stopping by and reading :). For HIIT, I do a variety of things to make sure I don’t get bored every day. I do about 15-20 minutes on some type of cardio machine {stairmaster is my fave but I also do treadmill, elliptical, and spin bike}. I’ll do interval sprints on there! Or sometimes if I’m not feeling a cardio machine that day, I’ll make my own circuit of burpees, jumping jacks, etc. Hope that helps!
