Who knew that I would be loving this Nike vintage hoodie so much?! It’s not something I typically wear, but I’m strangely digging it. It’s so easy to throw on over my activewear outfit and hit the gym. It comes in all of the coolest colors too, some of which are on sale over here. This ‘vintage’ line also has other items besides this front zip hoodie, like this sleeveless hoodie, these pants, or these shorts!
What do you think of this Nike vintage hoodie and the rest of their ‘vintage’ line?! I’m loving it!
Here’s this week’s workout routine:
Monday: Legs {Quads, Hamstrings, Glutes, Calves} + HIIT
*sprint for 0.25 mi on treadmill after completing this superset*

Tuesday: Shoulders + HIIT
Wednesday: Take a Full Body Class!
Thursday: Chest & Triceps + 45 min of Cardio
Friday: Legs {Mostly Glutes} & Abs + HIIT
*sprint on stairmaster for 1 minute*
*sprint on stairmaster for 1 minute*
Saturday: Back & Biceps + HIIT
Sunday: Rest Day {or you can do cardio if you’re feeling frisky!}

There’s not a day that goes by when I don’t feel so blessed to be Jordan’s wife. He is my everything. These photos and video are the sweetest reminder of our love for one another. So, grab a cup of coffee, pull up a seat, and try not to bawl your eyes out (because I know we did). Every time we look through our photos and watch our video, we cry the happiest tears.
It’s crazy what can happen in a year. I met the love of my life and the rest is history. I was having a hard time ending this post, because frankly, I think I could talk about that evening forever. Then I realized that this post doesn’t have an ending, but instead, a beginning. Thank you so much for all of the love, excitement, and gratitude.
One of my favorite things to do in the fall is bake my dark chocolate chip pumpkin bread! I’ve made it *so* many times for me, J, and friends & family. It’s moist, decadent, and super easy to make! It also makes for a great DIY housewarming gift.

Hi there! Thanks for stopping by and reading :). For HIIT, I do a variety of things to make sure I don’t get bored every day. I do about 15-20 minutes on some type of cardio machine {stairmaster is my fave but I also do treadmill, elliptical, and spin bike}. I’ll do interval sprints on there! Or sometimes if I’m not feeling a cardio machine that day, I’ll make my own circuit of burpees, jumping jacks, etc. Hope that helps!
