If y’all follow me on Snapchat, then you’ve probably heard me rave about this funnel neck vest! It’s so cozy and perfect for an athleisure outfit.  With fall quickly approaching, light layers are needing to be added to my activewear wardrobe, so this funnel neck vest is the perfect asset! It’s also part of Free People’s activewear line, which I’m a HUGE fan of.  My obsession with their activewear line started slowly, but now has quickly developed due to all of the cute items available, plus the amazing quality that comes with their clothes.

I’ve had my eye on a few of their new activewear items that I wanted to share with y’all! These leggings have been on my radar for awhile, so I think I might get them in this pretty green color! I’m also loving this matching sports bra with it, as well as this hoodie {can you tell I’m on a hoodie kick?}.

Here’s this week’s workout routine:

Monday: Legs {Quads, Hamstrings, Glutes, Calves} + HIIT

  • Front Squats: 10 reps, 3 sets
  • EZ Barbell Reverse Lunges: 10 reps each leg, 3 sets
  • Leg Extensions: 12 normal reps, 8 single reps each leg, 3 sets

*sprint on stairmaster for 1 minute*

  • Hamstring Curls: 12 reps both legs, 8 reps each leg, 4 sets
  • Sumo Squats: 10 normal reps, 10 pulses, 4 sets
  • Single Leg Squat: 10 reps each side, 4 sets

*sprint on stairmaster for 1 minute*

  • End with weighted walking lunges {100 total}! Take breaks as needed.

Tuesday: Shoulders + HIIT

  • Shoulder Push-Ups: 12 reps, 4 sets
  • Alternating Dumbell Shoulder Press: 8 reps each arm, 4 sets
  • Dumbbell Shrugs: 12 reps, 4 sets
  • Dumbbell Lateral Raises: 8 reps each arm, 4 sets
  • Cable Lateral Raises: 15 reps, 4 sets
  • Seated Front Raises: 12 total, 4 sets

Wednesday: Take a Full Body Class!

Thursday: Chest & Triceps + 45 min of Cardio

  • Dumbbell Chest Flyes: 12 reps, 3 sets
  • Single Tricep Pushdowns: 10 reps each side, 3 sets
  • Push-Up Burpees: 15 reps, 3 sets
  • Alternating Tricep Kickbacks: 12 reps each arm, 3 sets
  • Incline Chest Press: 12 reps, 3 sets
  • Tricep Dips: 10 normal reps, 10 halfway pulses, 3 sets
  • Alternating Cable Chest Flyes: 10 reps each side, 3 sets
  • Tricep Skullcrushers on flat bench with EZ Barbell: 10 reps, 3 sets

Friday: Legs {Mostly Glutes} & Abs + HIIT

  • EZ Barbell Bench Thrusts: 10 normal reps, 10 pulses, 5 slow reps with a 5 second squeeze at the top, 4 sets
  • EZ Barbell Front Squats: 20 reps {light weight}, 4 sets

*do 50 mountain climbers after each set*

  • Kickbacks Using Cable Machine: 12 reps each leg, 3 sets
  • Abductors Using Cable Machine: 12 reps each leg, 3 sets
  • Adductors Using Cable Machine: 12 reps each leg, 3 sets

*do 50 mountain climbers after each set*

  • Bulgarian Split Lunges on Smith Machine: 10 reps each side, 3 sets
  • Reverse Squat Machine: 12 reps, 3 sets

Saturday: Back & Biceps + HIIT

  • Weighted Hyperextensions: 10 reps, 3 sets
  • Isometric Bicep Curls: 15 reps each arm, 3 sets
  • Assisted or Unassisted Pull-Ups: 10 reps, 3 sets
  • EZ Barbell Curls: 21 method, 3 sets
  • V-Bar Kneeling Cable Rows: 8 reps {hold after each rep}, 3 sets
  • Wide Grip Lat Pulldown: 8 reps, 3 sets
  • Preacher Curls: 12 reps each arm, 3 sets
  • One Arm Cable Pulldown: 8 reps each arm, 3 sets
  • Seated Rows: 10 reps, 3 sets

Sunday: Rest Day {or you can do cardio if you’re feeling frisky!}

There’s not a day that goes by when I don’t feel so blessed to be Jordan’s wife. He is my everything. These photos and video are the sweetest reminder of our love for one another.
