I’ve always been a fan of these stripe statement leggings, so I decided to wear them again with this new v-neck mesh tee of mine! This mesh tee is also available in white, and is great to work out in or for running errands in {#athleisure}.  I’ve even knotted it on the side to make it tighter around my waist for a different look!

Monday: Legs {Quads, Hamstrings, Glutes, Calves} + HIIT

  • Smith Machine Squats: 8 reps, 4 sets
  • Split Lunges on Smith Machine: 8 reps each leg, 4 sets
  • Sumo Squats {use light weight for more reps}: 28 method, 4 sets

*do 15 burpees after each set*

  • Cable Deadlifts: 12 reps, 3 sets
  • Leg Extensions: 28 method, 3 sets
  • Curtsy Lunges on Smith Machine using Step: 12 reps each side, 3 sets

*do 15 burpees after each set*

  • End with weighted wall sits for 1 minute, 4 sets!

Tuesday: Shoulders + HIIT

28 Method for each one!

  • Military Barbell Presses: 28 reps, 3 sets
  • Lateral Raises: 28 reps, 3 sets
  • Upright Rows: 28 reps, 3 sets
  • Rear Delt Flyes: 28 reps, 3 sets
  • Face Pulls:: 28 reps, 3 sets

Wednesday: Take a Full Body Class!

Thursday: Chest & Triceps + Low Intensity Cardio

  • Flat Barbell Bench Presses: 10 reps, 3 sets
  • Tricep Pushdowns: 12 reps, 3 sets
  • Incline Barbell Bench Presses: 10 reps, 3 sets
  • Tricep Kickbacks: 8 reps, 3 sets
  • Lay Down Push-Ups: 30 reps {you can pause in between if needed}, 3 sets
  • Bench Dips: 20 total reps, 3 sets
  • Cable Crossovers: 10 reps, 3 sets
  • Tricep Pulls on Rope: 12 reps, 3 sets

Friday: Legs + HIIT ….OR optional rest day

  • Barbell Thrusts: 15 reps, 15 pulses, 4 sets
  • Alternating Hamstring Curls: 10 reps each, 4 sets

*sprint on high incline treadmill for 0.10 mile after each set*

  • Bulgarian Split Lunges: 10 reps each leg, 4 sets
  • Front Squats with EZ Barbell: 10 full reps {full range}, 4 sets

*sprint on high incline treadmill for 0.10 mile after each set*

  • Single Leg Squats {on bench or box}: 10 reps each leg, 4 sets
  • Leg Extensions: 15 reps, 15 pulses, 4 sets

Saturday: Back & Biceps + HIIT

  • Medium Grip Pulldowns: 28 method, 3 sets
  • Bicep Curls with EZ Barbell: 21 method, 3 sets
  • 5-Count Single Arm Cable Row: 8 reps each arm, 3 sets
  • Cable Hammer Curls: 21 method, 3 sets
  • Rep Hold Seated Rows: 8 reps, 3 sets
  • Outer Bicep Curls: 21 method, 3 sets
  • Pull Ups: 12 reps, 3 sets
  • Preacher Curls: 21 method, 3 sets

Sunday: Rest Day {or you can do cardio if you’re feeling frisky!}
