These cutout crop leggings are the cutest leggings I’ve ever seen! They’re perfect for any type of activity like yoga, running, or lifting. I’m also so smitten with this pullover {I mean, just look at that back!}. I’ve been wearing it for on-the-go outfits {it’s perfect for athleisure} or over a tank for when I warm-up before lifting, etc.

Monday: Legs {Quads, Hamstrings, Glutes, Calves} + HIIT
*do 15 burpees after each set*
*do 15 burpees after each set*
Tuesday: Shoulders + HIIT
Wednesday: Take a Full Body Class, typically focuses on core & glutes
Thursday: Chest & Triceps + 45 min of Cardio
Friday: Legs {Mostly Glutes} & Abs + HIIT
*do 40 mountain climbers after each set*
*do 40 mountain climbers after each set*
Saturday: Back & Biceps + HIIT
Sunday: Rest Day {or you can do cardio if you’re feeling frisky!}

There’s not a day that goes by when I don’t feel so blessed to be Jordan’s wife. He is my everything. These photos and video are the sweetest reminder of our love for one another. So, grab a cup of coffee, pull up a seat, and try not to bawl your eyes out (because I know we did). Every time we look through our photos and watch our video, we cry the happiest tears.
It’s crazy what can happen in a year. I met the love of my life and the rest is history. I was having a hard time ending this post, because frankly, I think I could talk about that evening forever. Then I realized that this post doesn’t have an ending, but instead, a beginning. Thank you so much for all of the love, excitement, and gratitude.
One of my favorite things to do in the fall is bake my dark chocolate chip pumpkin bread! I’ve made it *so* many times for me, J, and friends & family. It’s moist, decadent, and super easy to make! It also makes for a great DIY housewarming gift.

Quick question on the work outs – when it says, for example, to do 15 burpees between each set does that mean to do a set of each exercise and then the burpees or exercise burpees exercise burpees etc? Hope that makes sense!
Hi there! It means do a set of each exercise and then do the burpees! so you’ll only do a few sets of burpees.
Do the grey capris show sweat when you workout? I’m so nervous wearing any bottoms other than black!
Any leggings that aren’t black {well, even some of my black ones haha} still show sweat! I sweat A LOT. If you’ve ever seen my gym snaps, then you probably know what I’m talking about. But, the darker the color, the less noticeable the sweat is. I don’t mind some sweat marks, since I work out so hard — and most people understand that it’s just sweat {considering my face is dripping with sweat too lol}.
What HIIT do you recommend on the Tuesday and Saturday of this workout week?
On the days you do burpees or sprints in between sets is that considered your HIIT? or just part of the workout and then you do 20 minutes of HIIT on top of everything?

Hi! I do HIIT on top of it but not for a full 20 minutes. I’ll sometimes do 10 or 15 minutes on a cardio machine, and then also do the burpees/sprints in between sets. Some days, I’m just not feeling it, so I won’t do any extra HIIT — while other days I have more energy than I know what to do with, so I’ll maybe do that extra HIIT haha. Totally up to you! Technically, the sprints/burpees in between should be more than enough to keep your heart rate up throughout the exercise! Hope that helps and thanks for stopping by!
