This low carb turkey chili recipe is great for weekly meal prep and so delicious! Top with some greek yogurt and chopped cilantro, and you’re good to go! It’s one of those meals that I never get sick of and I typically eat this on low carb weeks {but swap with some quinoa pasta or whole wheat pasta and it’s great for an every day dinner!}. This is also a little bit spicy, but if you’re intolerant to heat, then just cut down on the chipotle peppers {or leave them out}.
Hope y’all enjoy this low carb turkey chili recipe!
Ingredients:
2 lbs 99% lean ground turkey
1 can black beans
2 cans diced tomatoes
1 onion, diced
1 small can chipotle peppers in adobo sauce {I use all of the sauce, and only a few of the peppers diced}
1 package of kelp noodles {I rinse them with water, and cut them to smaller sizes}
minced garlic to taste
garlic powder to taste
1 tbs smoked paprika {I do a little more because I lovvvve paprika}
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp turmeric
2 tbs fresh chopped basil
salt & pepper to taste
~1 tbs of olive oil

There’s not a day that goes by when I don’t feel so blessed to be Jordan’s wife. He is my everything. These photos and video are the sweetest reminder of our love for one another. So, grab a cup of coffee, pull up a seat, and try not to bawl your eyes out (because I know we did). Every time we look through our photos and watch our video, we cry the happiest tears.
It’s crazy what can happen in a year. I met the love of my life and the rest is history. I was having a hard time ending this post, because frankly, I think I could talk about that evening forever. Then I realized that this post doesn’t have an ending, but instead, a beginning. Thank you so much for all of the love, excitement, and gratitude.
One of my favorite things to do in the fall is bake my dark chocolate chip pumpkin bread! I’ve made it *so* many times for me, J, and friends & family. It’s moist, decadent, and super easy to make! It also makes for a great DIY housewarming gift.
Delish! Can’t wait to try this with our friends coming over.

Hi, I’m not sure how “low carb” this actually is. It isn’t as low carb as most people need if they’re on a Keto diet.
Hi Holly– I don’t do a keto diet, but this recipe is considered low carb to me since there are no starchy carbs involved! Xx
