Happy Saturday y’all! I’m so excited to be sharing with y’all these healthy sangria recipes that are fourth of July inspired! Today, I’ve got 1 white sangria, 1 red sangria, and 1 rose sangria/spritzer! I’ll be heading to the lake next weekend for the fourth of July, and I always try to come up with healthy alternatives for cocktails so that I don’t break my routine.
I love sticking with wine because it’s typically lighter in calories {if you drink dry}, and a little healthier than vodka/tequila/bourbon…and not to mention, I’m just a wine gal. I could drink wine all day errday. My weekly cheat meal always consists of pinot noir — and I’m not kidding when I say I look forward to it more than the dessert {which is typically ice cream haha}. The wines I used above are honestly just what I already had available {mostly blends}, but you can use whatever you like! These recipes are super easy and take two seconds to mix and serve!
Anyways, I’d love to hear your thoughts on these recipes in the comments below!
White Sangria
Ingredients:
1 bottle dry white wine {sauvignon blanc, pinot grigio, or a blend}
1 bottle black cherry sparkling water {or any flavor sparkling water if you want to switch it up}
Cherries, pitted
Directions:
Red Sangria
Ingredients:
1 bottle dry red wine {pinot noir, cabernet sauvignon, or a blend}
1 bottle diet sunkist
Fresh fruit {any you would like — if you use grapefruit, make sure it’s not bitter before adding to the drink. I also always utilize limes!}
Directions:
Rosé Sangria

1 bottle sparkling dry rosé {sauvignon blanc, pinot grigio, or a blend}
2 cups strawberries, hulled and sliced

There’s not a day that goes by when I don’t feel so blessed to be Jordan’s wife. He is my everything. These photos and video are the sweetest reminder of our love for one another. So, grab a cup of coffee, pull up a seat, and try not to bawl your eyes out (because I know we did). Every time we look through our photos and watch our video, we cry the happiest tears.
It’s crazy what can happen in a year. I met the love of my life and the rest is history. I was having a hard time ending this post, because frankly, I think I could talk about that evening forever. Then I realized that this post doesn’t have an ending, but instead, a beginning. Thank you so much for all of the love, excitement, and gratitude.
One of my favorite things to do in the fall is bake my dark chocolate chip pumpkin bread! I’ve made it *so* many times for me, J, and friends & family. It’s moist, decadent, and super easy to make! It also makes for a great DIY housewarming gift.
These drinks look so yummy!

What is the wine you used for the Rose sangria?
I just used any dry rose! It was whatever was in my cupboard haha!
