When Andrew and I arrived at Farmhouse Inn, we were instantly smitten with its quaint feel, adorable lobby area, and various amenities.  We were greeted with a splash of wine and fun & friendly staff.  In the cozy lobby area {which is a total different building by the pool area}, there was a ‘Sonoma Bath Bar’ with seasonal scrubs, salts, milk bath and handmade olive oil bar soaps that are complimentary for you to take back with you to the room or take home with you.  There’s also an all-day supply of homemade vanilla bean marshmallows, dark chocolate, and graham crackers for s’mores at their two fire pits, which we took full advantage of!

Farmhouse Inn has an amazing restaurant on property, that offers a complimentary two-course breakfast every morning {must make a reservation}.  They also have a beautiful spa that’s relaxing with all natural/homemade products.  Andrew and I explored some of the local wineries for one of the days, but the following day, we just relaxed poolside all day.  It was so beautiful there and it’s the perfect place to get some R&R.  If you were to see this place, you would understand why we didn’t want to leave!

Also, side note — our room was adorable.  I absolutely loved the decor and all of the cozy neutrals.  We had our own balcony with a gas fire {that was both indoors and outdoors}.  Oh, and the shower doubled as a steam room {how can I get one of those at my place}.  Also, whenever I travel, I always pay attention to the turndown service, because I think it says a lot about the place’s hospitality.  No need to worry about that when y’all stay here, because they leave homemade chocolate chip cookies…best turndown ever.

I felt like the staff became my friends, because they turned into familiar faces every day.  Out of all of the places I’ve traveled, this has to be one of my favorites! I love the feeling of quaint luxury {it only has 25 rooms} and personal attentiveness, so Farmhouse Inn is definitely on my “places to stay again” list!
