Hi y’all! I hope your weekend was amazing! I got to do some fun activities with my sister and my boyfriend, as well as get to see a few friends that were in town that I hadn’t seen it what seems like forever! I wanted to kick off this Weekly Workout Routine post with these printed knockout tights. I was immediately smitten with the colors and the pattern. They kind of remind me of a mermaid or something {that’s weird — I probably shouldn’t say stuff like that out loud}. Also, I still can’t get enough of my turquoise Nike Roshe sneakers. I’m debating getting the coral ones too!
P.S. how true is this graphic tank?! Staying fit and healthy is a marathon not a sprint. It’s taught me discipline and dedication. I love eating wholesome foods and seeing my body get stronger. Something about the challenge of it all makes it worth it too!
Here’s my weekly workout routine for y’all! Hope you enjoy and don’t forget to check out my new favorite these printed knockout tights!
Monday: Legs {Quads, Hamstrings, Glutes, Calves} + HIIT
*after each set, sprint on the treadmill for 0.25 mile*
*after each set, sprint on the stairmaster for 2 full minutes*
*after each set, sprint on elliptical for 2 full minutes*
Tuesday: Shoulders & Biceps + HIIT
*Superset these!*
Wednesday: Take a Full Body Class like TRX, typically focuses on core & glutes
Thursday: Chest & Back + Low Intensity Cardio
*Superset these!*
Friday: Legs {Mostly Glutes} & Abs + HIIT ….OR optional rest day
*lift heavy*
*sprint on treadmill for 0.25 mile after each set*
*sprint on stairmaster for 2 full minutes*
*Make sure to add your favorite ab routine at the end!*
Saturday: Triceps & Shoulders + HIIT
Sunday: Rest Day

There’s not a day that goes by when I don’t feel so blessed to be Jordan’s wife. He is my everything. These photos and video are the sweetest reminder of our love for one another. So, grab a cup of coffee, pull up a seat, and try not to bawl your eyes out (because I know we did). Every time we look through our photos and watch our video, we cry the happiest tears.
It’s crazy what can happen in a year. I met the love of my life and the rest is history. I was having a hard time ending this post, because frankly, I think I could talk about that evening forever. Then I realized that this post doesn’t have an ending, but instead, a beginning. Thank you so much for all of the love, excitement, and gratitude.
One of my favorite things to do in the fall is bake my dark chocolate chip pumpkin bread! I’ve made it *so* many times for me, J, and friends & family. It’s moist, decadent, and super easy to make! It also makes for a great DIY housewarming gift.

Love these workouts! I’ve done them all week and I’m headed out the door now to do my Friday workout. Definitely have to change some up because I’m a beginner, but I’m excited to get better. This is going to be what I refer to all summer! Excited to keep up with these and track my results. Also working on counting my macros like you do! You’ve made it so easy for a college girl.
