A cozy beige lace up sweater like this one is the perfect transition piece! As I’ve said before, nights here get a little bit chilly during the spring, so this neutral toned outfit still maintains the spring ‘vibe’, while still keeping you just warm enough.
You can also swap out my nude pumps for some chucks or even my metallic Nikes for a fun & casual outfit, which is most likely what I’m going to do when I re-wear this outfit again. However, if you fancy huh and would style them with a pair of nude pumps, but not necessarily ones at this price point — well then, I’ve found this pair that’s currently marked down to under $60, as well as this pair that’s also marked down to 25% off.
I actually just bought both of those pairs, because I need a pair of nude heels for my best friend’s wedding next week {I’m a bridesmaid! wahoo!}. I couldn’t decide which one to get, so I got both to compare the colors/comfort. I do have a pair of these Ivanka Trump Carra Pumps in leopard, and I LOVE them. They’re so comfortable — so, I’m hoping that pair will work out. As you can tell, I’m slacking on my bridesmaid duties. I don’t even know what color ‘nude’ we need for our shoes and whether it has to be patent or non-patent. All I do know is that I definitely won’t be wearing these 5-inch loubs all day. Don’t get me wrong, they are one fabulous pair of pumps, but to wear them for 12 hours straight? Err, don’t think I can do that ha! Maybe she’ll let me walk down the aisle in my sneaks #wishfulthinking.

There’s not a day that goes by when I don’t feel so blessed to be Jordan’s wife. He is my everything. These photos and video are the sweetest reminder of our love for one another. So, grab a cup of coffee, pull up a seat, and try not to bawl your eyes out (because I know we did). Every time we look through our photos and watch our video, we cry the happiest tears.
It’s crazy what can happen in a year. I met the love of my life and the rest is history. I was having a hard time ending this post, because frankly, I think I could talk about that evening forever. Then I realized that this post doesn’t have an ending, but instead, a beginning. Thank you so much for all of the love, excitement, and gratitude.
One of my favorite things to do in the fall is bake my dark chocolate chip pumpkin bread! I’ve made it *so* many times for me, J, and friends & family. It’s moist, decadent, and super easy to make! It also makes for a great DIY housewarming gift.
I love how you dressed the sweater up – so chic!
