There’s nothing better than a comfortable & lightweight jacket, especially during that awkward weather stage between winter and spring.  In Louisville, this ‘awkward’ weather stage is a long and torturous journey.  It’s tough waking up in the morning and not knowing what you’re going to get.  One day it snows, the next it’s sunny & 75.  Keeping this military jacket {under $90!} on hand allows you to layer on days where it’s necessary, but also wear it solo on those gorgeous days…that will hopefully stick around for good.

I also brought this jacket with me to Florida this past week, because it got slightly chilly in the evenings.  I started out my journey in Orlando for a bach weekend for one of my best friends.  Ugh, if only I could go back.  I always miss those girls so much — however, I’m not missing the hangover that came with the weekend {yikes}!  Then, I headed further down south to Ft. Lauderdale for a few days to get some much needed Vitamin D.  Swing by here tomorrow to hear all about my trip!
