I’ve never been one for parkas, mostly because I usually reach for a coat out of habit, but this hooded parka may have made me change my ways.  It is {surprisingly} warm for just under $100.  It’s lined with faux shearling so it keeps you feeling a bit more toasty than other more affordable parkas would!

I’ve also tried to pull off the slouchy beanie wanna-be-hipster look, but it was kind of a fail.  I love the look of a slouchy beanie, but I never think to put one on–and plus, my style doesn’t usually incorporate them.  I have a few beanies/hats that are a bit more heavy duty for the winter {I mostly just wear them for warmth, but they’re also pretty cute}, but this one is a lighter more style-based one {for only $14}.
