How perfect is this tribal off the shoulder dress from Chicwish? I think what I love most about it is that it has ruffles.  It’s such a fun summer dress that you can’t go wrong with!  It even ties in the back, so you can adjust the bust size a little bit, and it makes for pretty detailing.
