| Right now is probably the one {and only} time I actually want cold weather {and snow}. It’s putting a damper on my holiday spirit, but I should probably savor the “warmer” weather {ahem, 45} while I can. So, today, I’ll be frolicking and doing cool stuff…oh wait, no I won’t be because I have a final exam this evening. Woof, right? It’s blasphemy. Who schedules a final on Saturday evening? Maybe they just think grad students don’t have lives {which I beg to differ…sometimes}. I have a little holiday cocktail party to go to tonight that my parents are hosting. It seems like every Lebanese person in the city of Louisville is attending, so I’m sure any outgoing calls are being tapped {kidding}. We’re going to try to take a family holiday photo before people arrive, so hopefully we can get everyone {including the dog} to cooperate. It looks like I’ll be getting all dressed up for my exam and heading straight from there. I mean, dress well, test well? |

There’s not a day that goes by when I don’t feel so blessed to be Jordan’s wife. He is my everything. These photos and video are the sweetest reminder of our love for one another. So, grab a cup of coffee, pull up a seat, and try not to bawl your eyes out (because I know we did). Every time we look through our photos and watch our video, we cry the happiest tears.

Dark Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Bread
One of my favorite things to do in the fall is bake my dark chocolate chip pumpkin bread! I’ve made it *so* many times for me, J, and friends & family. It’s moist, decadent, and super easy to make! It also makes for a great DIY housewarming gift.

Gorgeous as usual! I would be drop dead freezing in this outfit with your weather, though! It was in the 40s and 50s this past week in Miami and the whole city broke out their scarves and boots and massive winter coats. Lol.. It's a lot of fun because you get to pretend you're living in a place that has 4 seasons instead of 2ish, and you can instantly tell apart the natives from the northerners, haha.
