Hey, y’all!I’m so so so…SO…excited to introduce Collard Queens Boutique to y’all.  If you haven’t checked out their online shop, then definitely do so because the clothes and accessories are just fab.  Everything is southern and chic–it doesn’t get much better than that–the webpage even greets you with “stuff so southern chic, you can sop it up with a biscuit.”  How great is that?!  I’ve been lusting after their Ahoy Mate Strapless Maxi Dress, their Tennessee Walking Shirt {pair this with some boyfriend jeans–oh la la!}, and their Blush and Bashful Halter Dress.  Read below to get to know their style a little bit better!

What type of style describes your online boutique?
Collard Queens’ style can best be described as classy southern chic with a fun, preppy flair and nautical undertones. It is just a celebration of all elements of today’s southern fashion.
What kind of items do y’all have to offer?
We have a great and growing selection of shift and maxi dresses, skirts, tops, custom  designed southern and state t’s, and amazing statement jewelry. We are constantly on the hunt for fresh and exciting items and ideas so new pieces are posted regularly. In fact, we are getting ready to add a little something for the gentleman in your lives, so stay tuned. We are very excited!
What is the one item from your boutique that you think would be great for summer?
That’s a hard one because we think everything would be great for summer. It is a toss up between the Oh My Khaki-Lacki shorts which are our side zip, scallop hemmed, khaki shorts. Scallop anything is so ‘it” right now and they look great on every body type. Also, we are in love with the Miss Southern Belle strapless, pocketed, lined linen dress. It is great for every southern summer event.
Do you have a favorite southern quote/saying that describes the shop?
“Put on a cute dress, raise your glass, and celebrate Southern Style.” We even have it printed on our Koozies!
 Which do you prefer: pearls or diamonds?
A southern girl loves her pearls!
Can you describe Once Upon A Collard?
Once Upon a Collard is a charmingly humorous and eclectic view on all things southern. Our blog is a fun opportunity for us to connect with our customers by giving them a glimpse of our personalities through sharing amusing stories, life adventures, treasured traditions, and Southern charm. We want our boutique to be more than just a website. We want it to be a big ole virtual front porch where our customers can visit to not only shop, but laugh, pick up a recipe or a tip and look forward to comin’ back, soon. I feel like our blog helps us to do that.
What does southern charm mean to you?
Southern charm is the embodiment of grace, elegance, rich tradition, good cookin’, hospitality, distinct style, brightly colored dresses, college football…and of course, a long, slow southern drawl.

There’s not a day that goes by when I don’t feel so blessed to be Jordan’s wife. He is my everything. These photos and video are the sweetest reminder of our love for one another. So, grab a cup of coffee, pull up a seat, and try not to bawl your eyes out (because I know we did). Every time we look through our photos and watch our video, we cry the happiest tears.
