Let’s do this, y’all! I’m feeling reeaaaaaally energized this week so I’m in the mood to kill it at the gym with this weekly workout routine — how about you? First off, these are the same glossy workout leggings that I’ve been wearing for a few weeks, and they’re just so flattering. I love wearing tight form-fitting leggings that are made of great quality so that they’re still comfortable to wear during squats, etc and for the rest of my weekly workout routine. I’ve found that these glossy workout leggings are perfect for the job and they have that gorgeous sheen to them.
Now without further adieu, here are my workouts for this week:
Monday: Legs {Quads, Hamstrings, Glutes, Calves} + HIIT
Tuesday: Shoulders & Abs + HIIT
*Superset these!*
*Add your favorite routine for ABS! I love ending with cable rope crunches!
Wednesday: TRX Class
Thursday: Biceps & Back + Low Intensity Cardio {Fat-Burning}
*Superset these!*
Friday: Legs {Mostly Glutes} & Abs + HIIT ….OR optional rest day
Saturday: Chest & Triceps + HIIT
Sunday: Rest Day

Breakfast Meal of the Week: Protein Pancakes {using a protein powder pancake mix OR using mashed bananas!}
Lunch Meal of the Week: Greek Salad with Grilled Chicken and a Side of Pita Bread
Dinner Meal of the Week: Quinoa Pasta + Marinara Sauce {which includes some type of lean meat like lean ground beef, as well as veggies like zucchini and bell peppers}

There’s not a day that goes by when I don’t feel so blessed to be Jordan’s wife. He is my everything. These photos and video are the sweetest reminder of our love for one another. So, grab a cup of coffee, pull up a seat, and try not to bawl your eyes out (because I know we did). Every time we look through our photos and watch our video, we cry the happiest tears.
It’s crazy what can happen in a year. I met the love of my life and the rest is history. I was having a hard time ending this post, because frankly, I think I could talk about that evening forever. Then I realized that this post doesn’t have an ending, but instead, a beginning. Thank you so much for all of the love, excitement, and gratitude.
One of my favorite things to do in the fall is bake my dark chocolate chip pumpkin bread! I’ve made it *so* many times for me, J, and friends & family. It’s moist, decadent, and super easy to make! It also makes for a great DIY housewarming gift.
I love that you are posting your workouts – I am always looking to change up my routines. QQ: About how long does it take you to complete each workout?
With cardio, I usually work out for an hour and 15 minutes to an hour and thirty. I honestly just listen to my body! If I’m feeling hyped, I’ll usually do 5 sets, if I’m not feeling too great that day, I might take it down to 3. I try to get through the workout quickly {while still maintaining form} to keep my heart rate up! Hope that helps! Feel free to email me if you have any more questions.
