This reversible faux fur vest, which is over 60% off, kept me warm, cozy, & stylish while I was staying in Stowe, VT at Top Notch Resort! I layered it with this embellished fair isle sweater, which is also pretty thick and warm. These boots are a no-brainer if you’re traveling to {or living} anywhere with cold temps! I didn’t even have to wear wool socks with these bad boys and they still kept my toes warm.
My stay at Top Notch Resort was magical to say the least — the snow on the mountain was probably the best present I could have ever received for that trip! Kentucky has yet to have any snow this year, so I was like a little kid when I saw it there! The resort has some fabulous amenities, including a beautiful spa and fitness center {which was a pleasant surprise for me, because I love when I can get all of my circuits done without having to modify from lack of equipment!}.
They also had 2 restaurants, called the Roost & Flannel, that featured amazing meals daily AND we even got to utilize one of their bonfire pits to roast some good ol’ fashioned s’mores. If you’re wanting to take a ski trip {or even just a trip to upstate VT}, then make sure you put Top Notch Resort at the ‘top’ of your list! {See what I did there?}

There’s not a day that goes by when I don’t feel so blessed to be Jordan’s wife. He is my everything. These photos and video are the sweetest reminder of our love for one another. So, grab a cup of coffee, pull up a seat, and try not to bawl your eyes out (because I know we did). Every time we look through our photos and watch our video, we cry the happiest tears.
It’s crazy what can happen in a year. I met the love of my life and the rest is history. I was having a hard time ending this post, because frankly, I think I could talk about that evening forever. Then I realized that this post doesn’t have an ending, but instead, a beginning. Thank you so much for all of the love, excitement, and gratitude.
One of my favorite things to do in the fall is bake my dark chocolate chip pumpkin bread! I’ve made it *so* many times for me, J, and friends & family. It’s moist, decadent, and super easy to make! It also makes for a great DIY housewarming gift.
That resort sounds amazing, and I’m loving your outfit!!
