Ugh, y’all. I have an obsession. I cannot stop with activewear and athleisure outfits, especially when I got my hands on this color block sports bra. There’s nothing like a good workout outfit. If you’re ever not feeling motivated to hit the gym, seriously just get a new outfit or some new leggings {or anything gym-related for that matter}. It really puts some pep in your step! I feel 10x better when I’m rocking some new gym clothes.
That’s why I felt zero regret when I purchased this color block sports bra and these printed leggings. I also wear athleisure SO frequently during the week, so new activewear clothing is always a good idea in my book.
Here is my weekly workout routine for this week! A little different, just to switch things up a bit! End with abs each day {you can work abs daily :), lucky us}
Monday: Legs {Quads, Hamstrings, Glutes, Calves} + HIIT
*after completed a set of each exercise, do 15 burpees*
*after each set, jump rope for 2 full minutes*
*after each set, do 30 jumping jacks*
Tuesday: Shoulders + HIIT
28 Method for each one!
Wednesday: Take a Full Body Class like TRX, typically focuses on core & glutes
Thursday: Chest & Triceps + Low Intensity Cardio
Friday: Legs {Mostly Glutes} & Abs + HIIT ….OR optional rest day
*sprint on high incline treadmill for 0.10 mile after each set*

Saturday: Back & Biceps + HIIT
Sunday: Rest Day

There’s not a day that goes by when I don’t feel so blessed to be Jordan’s wife. He is my everything. These photos and video are the sweetest reminder of our love for one another. So, grab a cup of coffee, pull up a seat, and try not to bawl your eyes out (because I know we did). Every time we look through our photos and watch our video, we cry the happiest tears.
It’s crazy what can happen in a year. I met the love of my life and the rest is history. I was having a hard time ending this post, because frankly, I think I could talk about that evening forever. Then I realized that this post doesn’t have an ending, but instead, a beginning. Thank you so much for all of the love, excitement, and gratitude.
One of my favorite things to do in the fall is bake my dark chocolate chip pumpkin bread! I’ve made it *so* many times for me, J, and friends & family. It’s moist, decadent, and super easy to make! It also makes for a great DIY housewarming gift.

Thanks so much, and welcome :). I typically do sprints on the stairmaster, treadmill, or elliptical! Or sometimes I’ll create a cardio circuit of my own involving burpees, jumping jacks, etc. Hope that helps!
