Outfit for Snow

This is the perfect outfit for snow! I’ve had this mock turtleneck for years now {in quite a few colors} and it has never let me down.  It keeps me warm even during the coldest of activities! I wore this outfit when Andrew and I went skiing in Crested Butte, CO yesterday.  It’s just absolutely breathtaking out here — I feel like I’m in a dream! Oh, and by ‘went skiing’, I actually mean, he went skiing and I went straight to the outdoor bar. This outfit allowed me to stay SO warm, especially with this vest that buttons all the way up to cover your neck! You could even layer another down jacket on over it and it wouldn’t look bulky at all.
I’ve also said this a few times, but these boots are totally worth the splurge.  I have pretty bad circulation in my toes and fingers, so when it’s cold out, it usually only takes ten minutes for them to start going numb.  These boots didn’t cause that, because of their heavy duty material and faux fur! I probably didn’t even need to wear wool socks with them {but I did just in case}.

There’s not a day that goes by when I don’t feel so blessed to be Jordan’s wife. He is my everything. These photos and video are the sweetest reminder of our love for one another. So, grab a cup of coffee, pull up a seat, and try not to bawl your eyes out (because I know we did). Every time we look through our photos and watch our video, we cry the happiest tears.

Dark Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Bread
One of my favorite things to do in the fall is bake my dark chocolate chip pumpkin bread! I’ve made it *so* many times for me, J, and friends & family. It’s moist, decadent, and super easy to make! It also makes for a great DIY housewarming gift.
