Seersucker just screams summer, right?  It makes me so stinkin’ happy, so of course, when I saw this dress/top, I had to snag it immediately.  This Chicwish item is actually a dress, but I’m quite tall, so I decided to pair it with some white skinnies and wear it as a top {hey, when in doubt}.  There are so many fabulous pastel colored dresses from Chicwish that are on my wish list.  I’m a sucker for anything pink, light blue, or white {if you couldn’t tell!}.  I’m currently loving this embroidered dress, this light blue dress with pearl details, and this pink floral dress!
